Privacy Policy

This policy covers how Longleaf Labs, Inc. handles information in the apps and services it publishes. It applies to every Longleaf Labs app, current and future, unless that app publishes its own policy.

What we collect

As little as possible. Depending on the app, this may include the content you enter or save, stored on your device or in your own iCloud account, plus anonymous crash and usage data Apple provides, which isn't linked to your identity.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information, we don't use it for third-party advertising, and we don't build advertising profiles.

Third-party services

Some apps use Apple services such as iCloud, Sign in with Apple, and App Store purchases, governed by Apple's privacy policy. Any other service an app relies on is named in that app's listing. Any provider we share information with is held to protections equal to those described here, and is not permitted to use your information for its own purposes.

Children

Our apps aren't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. Bottlist assists in the creation of alcoholic drinks and is intended for adults of legal drinking age.

Data retention

Most of what our apps hold never reaches us: it stays on your device or in your own iCloud account, and it is gone when you delete the app or remove it from iCloud. Where we do hold something, such as a support email, we keep it only as long as needed to answer you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it. Anonymous crash and usage data reaches us through Apple, is not tied to your identity, and follows Apple's retention schedule.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also withdraw consent at any time: turn off Share iPhone Analytics in iOS Settings under Privacy and Security, stop iCloud sync for the app in iOS Settings under your name then iCloud, or email us and we will action it. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything already done while it was in place.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way, we will post the revised version on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use our apps after that date means the revised policy applies.
