By downloading or using an app published by Longleaf Labs, Inc., you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer or resell our apps, and don't use them to break the law or interfere with anyone else's use of them.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

No advice

Estimates, returns, and projections shown in our apps are informational only and are not financial, investment, or legal advice. Verify numbers independently before making a purchase decision.

Disclaimer and liability

Our apps are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Longleaf Labs, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
